Program Manager Global Leader

Position for Automotive Company at San Jose Iturbide, Guanajuato.

The purpose of the  role is to manage a team of program managers, ensuring successful launches, adhering to cost, timing and systemic targets.  Global Leader will identify opportunities, ensure reasonable solutions to any open items, and help the PM team to navigate customer issues in a mutually beneficial manner.  

·       10- 15 years of experience within Automotive Manufacturing

·       Post-secondary degree in Engineering or related field 

Plastic injection experience at automotive companies at least 8 years.

·       Relevant field knowledge and experience within automotive tooling/manufacturing as a Program Manager/Quality Engineer/Manufacturing Engineer/Purchasing/Sales Engineer etc.

·       Minimum 3-5 years’ People Management experience

·       Impeccable oral and written communication & presentation skills, with the ability to interface with management

·       Proficient with CAD software (NX/CATIA/Solid works)

Advanced English
